Annamarie Brachfeld has lived in the Woodmoor neighborhood of Monument for over ten years. Both her children graduated from Palmer Ridge High School. Her daughter Hannah is a Lieutenant JG in the US Navy, and her son Aaron is a sophomore at Colorado State University. Before starting Monumental Beginnings in 2015, you might have seen Annamarie substitute teaching at Palmer Ridge or Lewis Palmer High School. Prior to 2011 Annamarie taught at middle and high school for over fifteen years, most recently at St. Mary’s High School. Annamarie’s husband Larry is a retired Navy officer, and now works as a Program Manager in support of the DOD. The entire Brachfeld family loves tennis, hiking, and spending time in the beautiful Colorado outdoors. You might catch them at the Country Club of Woodmoor playing tennis, as a matter of fact, both Larry and Annamarie help coach the Palmer Ridge tennis teams. Say hi if you see them at Greenland dog park with their two old shelter pets, Max and Frankie, or when Frankie is feeling youthful, out hiking near Mount Herman.
